AB Facilities Consultants provides facilities management consultancy services including compliance audits, FM reviews, interim FM cover, school facilities support and procurement & tenders, delivered through our Core, Plus and Enhanced monthly retainer packages as agreed with each client.
Each engagement is scoped and agreed individually. Package pricing shown on this website is indicative and confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payment terms are agreed on a per-engagement basis and set out in our proposal or agreement with you.
Our reports and recommendations are provided based on the information and access available to us at the time of the engagement. They are intended as professional guidance, not legal advice, and should be considered alongside advice from qualified legal, health and safety, or security professionals where appropriate.
We carry professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the services we provide. Full liability terms are set out in individual client agreements.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed as part of each engagement and confirmed in writing.
