Walter Bossman A.

Walter Adetokunbo Bossman is the Managing Director and CEO of the firm.

An astute business development professional and innovative project manager, Walter’s background is in strategic marketing, brand communications, project management, business development, client relationship management and business administration with a natural knack for the creative industry, having studied and performed as a jazz musician many moons ago.

Walter started his career as a business analyst at Swiss Re, UK and later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) UK as a Senior Business Analyst before relocating to the Nigeria office of PwC to head their Marketing & Business Development department. Walter left the services of PwC to start his strategic marketing consultancy practice working for the likes of Motorola, Ericsson, Oando Plc, Honeywell, FITC and the Lagos State Government (to mention but a few).  In 2015, Walter joined the services of Templars, one of Nigeria’s leading commercial legal firms as pioneer Director of Communications and Business Development with a clear mandate to set the strategic framework for the unit. He later joined Allianz Insurance as the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer.

Walter’s love and proven ability to understand and relate to clients’ distinct culture and proactively work to improve service delivery in a customer focused framework stands him out as a thoroughbred business manager.

With a BSc in Information Science from the London Metropolitan University and MSc in Information Systems Management from the London Southbank University, Walter’s career journey spans 25 years in 3 continents and industry sectors that includes Construction, Insurance, Legal, Accounting, Information Technology, Creative Arts/Entertainment and the Public Sector, culminating in an extensive global exposure dealing with different cultures, clients and nationalities.  He is an alumnus of both the Harvard Business School Executive Education program and Lagos Business School Strategic Marketing management programs.
